CPC set up a single email address to apply for immunity or a reduction of sanctions by undertakings participating in a secret cartel

The Commission for Protection of Competition set up an e-mail address leniency@cpc.bg to which companies can make inquiries or submit applications under the CPC Program on immunity from fines or reduction of fines in case of participation of an undertaking in a secret cartel.

This e-mail will be used for communication between companies and the Commission within the Program.
